Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

SpecSnap Pro is a monthly subscription (₹999/mo, ≈ $12). You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied, email hello@specsnap.app within 7 days of a charge for a full refund of that month, provided usage was nominal. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Free tier

The free tier (3 spec sheets/month) is always available at no cost and requires no payment.
