Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 June 2026. By using SpecSnap (“the Service”) you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

SpecSnap converts informal part descriptions into structured spec sheets, material and tolerance suggestions, and a bill of materials. Output is generated by an AI model and is provided for guidance only.

2. No engineering warranty

SpecSnap is a quoting aid, not a certified engineering authority. You are responsible for verifying materials, tolerances, dimensions, and quantities before manufacturing or quoting. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on generated output.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not submit unlawful content or attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
• Free tier is limited to 3 spec sheets per calendar month. Paid tiers per the pricing page.

4. Accounts & payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay or Stripe. Prices are shown in INR (₹) and USD ($). GST is charged where applicable for Indian customers.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
